Nate says it's too late for Ryan Lochte to ask for forgiveness. He explains that there are just certain situations in life where you don't get a second chance. He also talks about knowing how to really take full responsibility for actions and he says that if you own up to mistakes first before lying and fighting them, forgiveness will be granted. He spends the second segment telling you why he believes the Patriots will play in the Super Bowl and he closes the show out with the Card of the Day segment.

Nate gives his take on the Ryan Lochte situation and says that as Americans we should be ashamed of Ryan Lochte. He also says that what Ryan Lochte did is the reason the rest of the world hates Americans. He discusses lying in sports and tells you why athletes do it but he says it would be a lot easier to just tell the truth and he claims 90% of people would forgive if athletes told the truth before they completely dug the hole.
