Nate is at Gillette Stadium for the Patriots opener against the Dolphins. He'll talk Patriots in the first segment and he'll reiterate the fact that he believes Jimmy Garoppolo is a future franchise quarterback. He also says he's glad the Tom Brady banner is down and he says not to think for a second that Bill Belichick didn't have anything to do with it. In this second segment of the show he makes his week two NFL picks and he closes the show out in the third segment with a special Patriots Card of the Day segment.

Nate says Jimmy Garoppolo is a future franchise quarterback and he says he'll be a starter as early as next season for a team other than the Patriots. He talks about how success at the top will help quarterbacks like Jimmy Garoppolo succeed. In the second segment he talks about taking risks and he says that he's a big fan of Sandy Alderson for taking a risk on Tim Tebow. He closes the show with the Card of the Day.

He also talks about knowing how to really take full responsibility for actions and he says that if you own up to mistakes first before lying and fighting them, forgiveness will be granted. He also says that what Ryan Lochte did is the reason the rest of the world hates Americans. He discusses lying in sports and tells you why athletes do it but he says it would be a lot easier to just tell the truth and he claims 90% of people would forgive if athletes told the truth before they completely dug the hole.
