My take tonight is about the fact that I miss the XFL 2020 and something with this iteration of Spring ball is off. I speculate it's the brand recognition. I give you my thoughts on week four and my picks for week five!

The fourth of July is not only my favorite holiday but it was also the day I ran my longest race. It was the race I had been preparing for most of the season up to this point, the Bridgton 4-Miler! I felt good about it after such a great race at Basin Harbor but how would I do with the extra mile!? Find out in today's episode.
